Making your kit

Every Paintrait is made to order from the photo you upload, so each kit is produced just for you. Production typically takes a few business days before your order ships.

Shipping

Once your kit is made, it ships to your door with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as it's on the way. Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & the happiness promise

Because each canvas is custom-printed from your personal photo, Paintraits are made just for you and can't be resold, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.

That said, we stand behind our kits. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as it should be, contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — a replacement or a solution, every time.

Cancellations & changes

Need to change your photo or cancel? Reach out as soon as possible after ordering. If we haven't started production yet, we can usually help. Once a kit is in production it can't be changed, since it's already being made just for you.
