Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 10 days exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will process an exchange for:

The same item (subject to availability), or

A different item of equal value.

If the selected replacement item has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All approved returns will be processed as exchanges only. No monetary refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

However, please note that even within this period, we do not provide refunds. Eligible items may only be exchanged, provided they are in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
